Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

We like to promote a holistic approach to nutrition, which means we focus on not just macros, but the quality of food you consume, your sleep and stress levels and most importantly, your mindset. Our priority with our 1 on 1 programs is COACHING, as nutrition and lifestyle management is not just as simple as following a template, it is a developed skill that requires learning and practice.

 

We separate our nutrition coaching into both health and performance. This is not to say that high performance nutrition coaching will make you unhealthy, but the focus is purely performance.

 

Our performance program is for those who need to make specific weight classes or weight changes and require a very detailed, hands on approach to achieve a short-term performance based goal.

 

Our health focus nutrition coaching is focused on making you the master of your own health. We focus on building life-long positive nutritional and lifestyle habits. We aim to help you find a greater sense of control and power over your health.

 

After you have developed the ability to be mostly self-sufficient through our 1 on 1 program, our goal is to have you work with us less and become more independent! This is why we provide our Alumni Program, which allows you more freedom and independence (of course with a cost reduction), but allows you to check in with us to make sure you are staying on track! Eventually, you will be good to go on your own! 

 

We do understand that for some, 1 on 1 nutrition coaching may be too expensive so there is cheaper template option as well. That being said, it is more numbers focused and requires a higher level of self-discipline and motivation. This option also assumes that you have solid lifestyle habits such as sleep and stress management that if poorly management, will severely impede your results.

Team Nutrition Seminars

Do your athletes have questions about what to eat and when? Confused about diet trends and supplements? We offer team educational seminars where we will go through nutrition basics, performance based macronutrients and timing, supplements, hydration and answer any other specific topics you and your athletes may have.

1 on 1 High Performance Nutrition Coaching

- Initial consultation

- Customized macronutrient template made to suit your current training schedule and competition demands

- Unlimited meal plans to assist in adhering to macronutrient goals as well as meet competitive demands

- Unlimited questions with a 24 hour turn around

- Multiple check in's a week (via text and/or video) to monitor progress, answer questions as well as make macronutrient adjustments

- Sleep, lifestyle, stress management and mindset coaching to maximize your competitive edge

$175/4 weeks

Alumni Program

Ultimately, our goal is to work ourselves out of a job and teach you to be the master of your own health.

- This program is targeted at those who have been on the 1 on 1 or high performance coaching who are ready to proceed to a more hands off approach. This program includes biweekly check in's with the goal being for your to no longer need a nutrition and lifestyle coach.
